How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed after payment verification—often within minutes. Some products may take longer; check My Orders for live status.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments and other methods shown at checkout. Available options may vary by region.

My order says pending—what does that mean?

Pending means we are verifying your payment. Wait a few minutes and refresh My Orders. If it stays pending, contact support with your order ID.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are reviewed case by case for undelivered or incorrect orders. See our Terms of Service for details.

Is it safe to enter my game UID?

Yes. We only use your UID to deliver your top-up. Always double-check your UID before paying.
